Equestrian style – permission secured for contemporary dwelling
Planning – Equestrian Land Planning Permission Granted
Case Type: Replacement of existing caravan accommodation with a permanent dwelling
Outcome
On 30th June we were delighted to secure planning permission for the replacement of existing caravan accommodation with a permanent dwelling for our client at the site of her equestrian business in Todenham, Moreton-In-Marsh [Cotswold District Council, 16/01534/FUL]. The dwelling, which will provide facilities for the equestrian business, including an office, along with much needed permanent residential accommodation, is a of a striking and yet visually sympathetic style which will blend in well with the local landscape and provide a high quality living space for our client and her family.
