Leckhampton Road, Cheltenham. Brodie Manning were appointed to undertake the working drawings and associated planning conditions for the re-development of the former light industrial estate at Leckhampton Road, Cheltenham to provide 28 new homes.

The site is located at the top of Leckhampton Road and adjacent the AONB which offers fantastic views into the open countryside making it an idyllic setting for any buyer.
The site comprises a mix of 3,4 and 5 bedroom homes all unique in themselves. The design entails large window openings which ensures these houses generate a really light and open feel without any feeling of being enclosed. The level of detail and high finish to these properties make it a real flagship site in Cheltenham, backed up in the level of interest generated.

Brodie Manning has since secured permission for phase 2 at Leckhampton Road, Cheltenham for the development of 10 further houses which is due to commence 2016.
