Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for six studio flats for vulnerable adults in Gloucester

Working in association with architects SG Peglau, Brodie Planning have secured planning permission and listed building consent for our mutual client, Pivotal Homes, for the conversion of a Grade II listed building at Worcester Street, Gloucester into six studio flats for vulnerable adults, along with communal ancillary accommodation and an independent flat at basement level (Use Class C3). The scheme, which will provide much needed housing for Pivotal’s clients also includes enhancements to the listed building, including reinstatement of iron railings to the front boundary, reinstatement of a timber-framed sliding sash window to the front elevation and installation of a more historically correct fanlight above the front door. If you have a conversion project in mind that needs a kick-start – get in touch!
