Measured building surveys
Undertaken to inform the preparation of existing drawings (floor plans, elevations and sections as required) which are a statutory requirement for planning applications. This is then used as a basis for the proposed scheme.

Whether a residential or commercial project, our architectural design team can produce designs that reflect your development aspirations. All drawings are scaled and meet the national validation requirements.

A useful tool to help visualise proposals and represent them in a clear and valuable way to all parties involved in the planning process.
