About Us

BPA are a team of professional consultants with years of combined experience in all planning, design and development related matters. The main office is located in the beautiful regency town of Cheltenham, in the heart of the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. We provide expert advice on all development types – householder, minor and major residential, commercial, historic, agricultural and equestrian enterprises in both urban and rural developments areas throughout the UK.

A large part of our work takes place close to home in the Cotswolds and wider Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Bristol areas. We also work regularly further afield in London, Cornwall and Cumbria, and have recently completed projects in Brighton, Liverpool, Cardiff, Bournemouth, and Plymouth.
