About Us

BPA are a team of Chartered Planning Consultants and design professionals with years of combined experience in all planning, design and development related matters. The main office is located in the beautiful Regency town of Cheltenham at the heart of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire.

A large part of our work takes place close to home in the Cotswolds as well as the wider local areas of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Warwickshire. We regularly work further afield in London, Cornwall, Devon, Wales and Cumbria, and have recently completed projects in Salcombe, Brighton, Liverpool, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Bournemouth, and Plymouth.
