GLEBE FARM, MORTON-IN-MARSH
Replacement of caravan accommodation with a permanent equestrian worker’s dwelling
Planning – Planning permission for equestrian use granted
Case Type: Permanent dwelling on her equestrian site

Approval for permanent dwelling on her equestrian site
We were delighted to obtain planning permission for this development to provide our client with a permanent dwelling on her equestrian site just outside Toddenham, Morton-in-Marsh.
The striking house is a contemporary take on the barn structure it replaces and will provide the owner with much needed permanent accommodation and office space for the equestrian business she runs from the site. The scheme also included reconfiguration of the site, including relocation of the existing barn and manége within the site.
Status: Full permission granted
Cotswold District Council ref. 16/01534/FUL, granted 30th June 2016
