In light of recent events, planning rules will be relaxed so pubs and restaurants can operate as hot food takeaways during the coronavirus outbreak.
The change of use will be permitted for up to 12 months. Businesses will be required to tell the local planning authority when the new use begins and ends. For further information, please CLICK HERE
It’s envisaged there will be further updates with regards to Planning Committee procedures and likely application/appeal delays. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will update all our clients in due course.

Another great result. Honeybourne Parish Neighbourhood Plan successfully passes Referendum under the guidance and direction of BPA. Thursday’s positive Referendum result saw an impressive 89.5% ‘yes’ vote with a 28% turnout. We have worked with the group from conception, having assisted them every step of the way. It is great to see the Plan successfully pass through a public vote, it will be formally adopted by Wychavon District Council within the next 8 weeks.
